  On multiple occasions I received phone calls and tex messages to call and schedule my yearly appointment. Each time I call they say it's too early to make the appointment. They were supposed to take me off the reminder system. Yet again on 11/15 I received a voicemail to make the appointment. I called and was on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered. I called the next day and again on hold 26 minutes with same result. I'm done with this office and transferred to another cardiology office, not with TIC!

  The staff is AMAZING. The doctor? Not at all. Dr. Lemon literally looked at me and refused to acknowledge that I may have a genetic heart problem at the age of 29 that goes along with my other genetic problems. He blamed my anxiety and asthma- both of which I told him were well controlled- and told me that my beta blockers I’d been on for four years weren’t necessary even if they help. He also ordered testing that I literally just did two weeks ago because he’s determined that it wasn’t done right. 😒
