I had a very disappointing experience at Craftlenses in Jordan Creek Town Center. I purchased a Dolce & Gabbana prescription frame after being told by the salesperson that if I chose the best lenses in the store (anti-reflective, anti-scratch, and blue light protection), I would receive 40% off the frame. I agreed because it sounded like a fair and attractive offer. After receiving the glasses, I noticed immediately that the lenses did not appear to be anti-reflective, as strong reflections are visible in every photo I take while wearing them. Today, I returned to the store to clarify the issue. Another salesperson checked my order in the system and confirmed that the lenses I received were NOT the top-tier lenses with all the features that had been promised. Despite this, I was told that nothing could be done to correct the situation. This experience left me feeling misled and unsupported as a customer. I trusted the information provided at the time of purchase and did not receive what was sold to me. I would advise future customers to double-check everything in writing before completing a purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
