    Eric was professional, kind and thorough with my husbands and my hearing eval explaining everything in detail. Unfortunately my husband and Eric disagreed about hearing aides which made it uncomfortable leaving the store.

    All of the staff was helpful and responsive. I am now a customer and will be for life. And I am loving the hearing aids and learning to how to use them and finally hear again!!

    Being new to the area and having problems with one hearing aid I called Concept Hearing for help. They got me in right away, fixed my hearing aid and even gave me a hearing test. I will definitely return when I need to replace my hearing aids.
