  I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire Waukee Rock Valley PT team for the outstanding treatment I received while rehabbing my shoulder replacement. The care you provided was both challenging and compassionate, and I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process.   I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Brittney as my vestibular physical therapist at Rock Valley. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping her patients feel better. I have a very difficult version of BPPV, and when the more “basic” maneuvers weren’t working for me, she didn’t give up. Instead, she took extra time to research several more unique techniques so we could pinpoint exactly where my crystals were. That level of dedication and relentless effort is extremely rare. Her calming personality made every session feel safe and manageable, even on days when my vertigo was at its worst. I’ve seen several PTs over the years and always thought they were helping and life was the best it could be, but after working with Brittney, I realized that what I thought was “better” before was only scratching the surface. I didn’t know I could feel this stable and clear on a day to day basis. She consistently goes above and beyond, and it’s such a relief to have someone like her in my corner when I have vertigo flare ups. Thank you, Brittney!! Highly, highly recommend.

  Brittany did a great job! She assessed my situation, gave me some exercises and explained how each exercise is going to be felt. She added to the exercises which helped get me back to full motion. Thank you Brittany!

  After going through numerous rehab phases with different people for ACL & Meniscus tears, I can comfortably say Sam and his team at Rock Valley gave me the best experience. Everyone in there is very friendly, and most importantly they all know their stuff. Highly recommend them.
