  Carson is an amazing instructor! As a beginner, she’s made me feel comfortable from day one while still offering great challenges. She’s encouraging, never makes you feel bad for taking things slower, and always provides options if you want to push yourself. I love taking her morning classes, they start my day on a positive and energizing note.

  Carson has such a gift for teaching Pilates. Her instruction is clear, intentional, and easy to follow, which makes every class feel empowering. The transitions between movements are smooth and thoughtfully designed, creating a flow that feels both challenging and balanced. Beyond her skill as an instructor, Carson’s positive energy and approachable personality truly set her apart. She creates a welcoming space where you feel comfortable asking questions and pushing yourself. I can’t recommend her enough!

  Addi is a really good instructor, especially for the more basic level 1 classes. Her cues are easy or hear and understand. They are always level appropriate, and she often demonstrates some of the more specialized exercises. I recommend her classes.

  Addy’s classes have been fantastic! I have a lot of issues, I’m older, have both knees replaced, shoulder and back issues but she provides modifications that work for me!
