  Aly, Denise, and Dr. Wu were all amazing! I had a wonderful experience from start to finish and they were patient with answering any questions/concerns I had. I would highly recommend them!

  I had been lied about my son's insurance benefits. The front desk person (Nikki) have assured me that the procedures would be covered by my insurance. I specifically have asked her to check the benefits left since it was toward the end of the year. She said she did. As I found out later, Urbandale Smiles never even contacted my insurance company to verify the benefits. Basically, they just estimated, but estimated wrong. Even though they made a mistake overestimating benefits, they never admitted their fault. I agree that in general it is your responsibility to know your benefits, however most people are blissfully unaware of the whole claims process, and we should have no reason not to trust our dentist office who should at least know how to estimate a claim correctly. Now I am the one who owes them a huge amount that they cannot get from the insurance, but they still would not admit any wrongdoing. They just want their money one way or another. Never mind that when the treatment was completed and when I walked out of the door I was told that I owed them nothing! Oh, and they also lied to me when I asked if they we in my insurance network. They said they were and were accepting our insurance while in fact they were not in out network. Although I have no complains about the doctors who are doing great job, I made a conscious decision to not ever return there. The doctors are not involved with the insurance and billing, but those who are are unprofessional The most unethical business in town! I am not recommending anyone to set your foot their unless you want to be robbed out of your money. I would give them zero stars but unfortunately, there is no such option.

  Teresa is my favorite dental hygienist in the world ❤️ going to the dentist is my spa day . I had terrible anxiety and that was the reason I chose this office initially bc they offered some soothing treatments which I don’t even need anymore ! They’re so kind and patient and I will continue to recommend them as always !
