Dr. Schmidt was exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain everything and answer my questions. It was a positive visit that left me feeling well cared for.

- NANyx AidoniisMar 26, 20261.0Worst place I've ever been, between the gaslighting and fear mongering over the past 2 years being told I don't have arthritis with no testing etc. But magically I go somewhere else and they actually throughly test and told me I have psoriatic arthritis. If you're young and/or overweight I don't recommend going here at all. I've also filed a complaint to the medical board.

Today I call after 3 weeks and told this was denied by a Dr for me to be seen. Mind you no phone call or contact about this from Iowa Arthritis. I asked why this was denied by a Dr when I have 2 medical conditions that was confirmed by staff that would allow an appointment but instead they want another referral sent. If it takes this much work to be seen then I would hate to see what it would be to actually see a provider. Only one message to my GI and I have a Rheumatology appointment in Omaha. I was trying not to drive 2 hours but honestly I will probably get better care.
