Dr. Michelle is friendly plus informative. Had a problem with my insurance...Linda took the time and patience to get it all straightened out...at my age..I have no patience..I would have gave up and hung up! The choices of frames is amazing. Also I felt absolutely no pressure at any time to add this or buy this which is a blessing in itself.
