I began using this provider now over 2 years. I began with a Dr. Patrick Chau whom was the most unprofessional provider I have had. He constantly judged other professionals if they hadn't had their doctorate degree. He stated, " you will take the medicine I prescribe or you can walk back out that door. " The two medications he prescribed I tried telling him they don't work this time he pointed at the door. We spoke of me having trouble falling asleep and staying asleep due to having PTSD. He recommended Melatonin. I just sat afraid to tell him that it had been tried and due to my GP and pharmacy telling me of a drug reaction I could experience not to take it. After a year I spoke with the office manager,Beth who referred me to Monica Nuckolls,PMHNP she has been wonderful. I also just started with an individual therapist that was recommended by Monica. On Oct 20,2025 spoke with office manager about the pharmacy, the pharmacy filled an old prescription that I don’t take. I specifically had told the pharmacy I would only consider the 3 medications that Monica Niuckolls prescribed. Secondly, I wanted to speak or set an appointment time to speak with Dr. Rodney Dean I was denied. I was told by office manager that there is a “chain of command.” Next, since I have had trouble with staff I should transfer to another facility. My response was I have a great working relationship with Monica and just started with individual therapist that perhaps she needed to speak with Dr. Dean or those that have caused the stress.

I was going to this place for... most of my life technically. Anxiety related. I'm currently 30 and my first appointment was with Judy Connor when I was in elementary (yes, that long ago). I missed an appointment when I was in the hospital. Probably missed a few over the years. Guess I'm not allowed to be a patient there anymore. It is what it is. That's on me. No hard feelings. So why did I take a star off?
After Albert left I was set up with this Dr. Chau guy and as others in the reviews have stated, he tried to change my medication after the first appointment and is personally... what I would describe as an unpleasant individual to be around. It's only my mental health, might as well switch it up, even though I was doing well and only really needed refills... Yeah, so after sucking every ounce of positivity from the room with charisma uncomfortably absent and awkward eye contact he told me he doesn't prescribe my anxiety medication. He's one of those doctors that doesn't prescribe benzos or something. I can only conclude it's his personal bias about a group of medication (that actually work) being more important than the mental and overall well-being of others... Despite the last couple months I was going here being a negative experience, this place was pretty great overall. Still have untreated anxiety and can't really function. Oh well, guess this is just my life now.
Oh, yeah... The pharmacy and front desk are amazing. Seriously. They're super friendly and always remembered my name and they would call to reminded me to refill. Pretty cool that the pharmacy is in the same building now. I wouldn't mind being a patient here again if they had a Doctor like Albert. If you're hesitant. I'd say go for it. Just don't miss any appointments.
