Rude disrespectful staff. We have filed a complaint with the Iowa Insurance and Securities Regular for the comments that were made by your staff on the recorded phone call we had. Do not trust this place. They discriminate.

booked an appointment with their call center and their call center dropped the ball and didn't give my insurance information to the appointment. and then we're being told that they only take two insurance claims a month because they'd rather take cash.

I always experience good service with Eric and Jennifer. I was having a little trouble hearing. Eric cleaned my hearing aids and all seems much better. Great job !
