Over the past few years, I endured three surgeries on my foot, and after each one, I went to Kinetic Edge for therapy. Every time, they worked with me on healing; recovery; and building strength, balance, and overall mobility. I worked with Melissa in particular. She was excellent at listening to my progress; finding ways to tackle any barriers or setbacks I had; finding just the right tools, resources, or exercises to get me on the right track; and ultimately, helping me reach my goal of running again. All the while, she was mindful of knowing appropriate limits yet pushing me at the same time. I highly recommend Kinetic Edge!

Zane really evaluated what was happening with my shoulder and tried things my PT back home had not tried. I went from having severe pain when I started PT here, to really no pain. My range of motion has improved significantly in this last month, something I'd been really struggling with. The front desk staff is kind and helpful, and Zane is a gem of a physical therapist: kind, respectful, knowledgeable-I highly recommend him. Super grateful for the great care I received!
