- BRBarb ReimersJun 26, 20255.0I had my first appointment scheduled with Tony. After reading Trixie’s review I was going to change my appointment but I didn’t and I’m so very happy I didn’t. I found it quite obvious Trixie had a malicious & fabricated opinion. My 1st hearing aids and Tony was absolutely marvelous. He explained and demonstrated everything thoroughly in language I easily understood. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Since, I’ve had a couple follow-up appointments with him and his customer service is absolutely the best. I couldn't be happier. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating.
- TTTrixieNov 26, 20231.0I had the absolute worst experience of the mason city store. The employee I dealt with was Toni. He was completely clueless to every question I had. He lacked the basic ear anatomy. He was extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending. I have never, and hope to never experience again in the future such grotesque unprofessional behavior of a business again. If you do go in here, I hope you have a better experience than I had. Make sure when you do go, ask for Matt. He was a very nice, polite, professional and a knowledgeable person.
