  I was glad to hear about this location since my shoulder was in need of help. The facility was smaller than I expected. While there was a small office for individual patients, it was right outside the main workout area (which was right across from the waiting area. The person who examined and tested my shoulder, Chris, was very thorough on his tests and helped me determine the nature of my injury. Chris was helpful with my physical therapy session. He gave some workouts to help me with my shoulder pain and advice on how to address this issue. While the space of the location was somewhat lacking, it was staffed by people who were friendly and capable. If anyone needs help with reoccurring pain or recovery from serious injuries, this Rock Valley facility is an excellent choice for physical therapy.

  This place is amazing. Everyone is so nice. Dan is doing a great job helping me with my rehabilitation for my TKR. I’m so glad he was recommended to me.

  After 7weeks, I have continued to improve after my 6th knee replacement/ revision, all thanks to Dan Drey helping me work through recovery with the right exercises and encouragement. I have had Dan for my last 5 revisions. His expertise each time ( due to loosening and a reaction to the cement ) has helped me to gain strength and learn to work with each new revision. I feel so lucky to have had Dan lead me thru each recovery. I’ve learned so much each time and feel with his help, again, that I’m ready to move away from the walker and the cane! Sheryl at the front office is also amazing at scheduling , rescheduling and working with insurance! I’m so blessed to have used Rock Valley/PCI with each of my surgery recoveries! 🤗🤗
