  I had been going there for years. They do upsell on the glasses pretty hard. I stopped going because during a routine exam I mentioned I was going to a specialist at the VA for a stye and just having that conversation they coded my routine exam (covered by insurance) into medical code that cost me $250. I explained the issue and they just kept pointing the finger at the insurance company pretty unapologetically. The right thing to do would have been to just remove the coding and keep me as a customer since I didn't need their medical opinion on this issue. I was just letting them know. Instead they wanted the short $250 gain so I went somewhere else.

  Friendly staff. Fabulous Dr. Nelson, who takes time for conversation and for explanation. Family like environment.
