  Guy at front desk bent my glasses further than they already were resulting in them now not fitting my head, they told me i can’t get replacements glasses until March, lady who answers the phone very rude & unprofessional. I went in last week for an exam, they knew i would need to order glasses before March & FAILED to give me my pupillary distance in order to purchase new glasses. I’ve had to go there twice now in a week & now they’re saying come back again? I don’t know what kind of joke this is but I’m very unhappy with the service I’ve been provided.
