I have had wonderful care with exceptional caregivers who care for me - and who truly care about me! Sarah and Melanie are family to me. I don’t know what I would do without them. Sarah is always cheerful and willing to help beyond the call of duty. She’s kind and incredibly caring. Melanie is loving and insightful. She always anticipates what I need. Actually she’s usually steps ahead of the routine. She’s also very caring! I feel so lucky to have these wonderful people helping me manage daily life. Recently I’ve been really fortunate to have Mila also helping me. She’s amazingly quick and competent and always knows what to do. Becky and Jaden manage the company and tge schedules with skill and compassion. They’re very responsive and willing to help. I’m very grateful to be with Home Instead in Iowa City!

We feel like Sarah is more than just coming to do work for us. She has shown care for us and especially our family member who needs her services.
