This program helped me gain strength, mobility, and flexibility after coming back from a leg fracture. I owe it all to Jake. Thanks to him I can run and get back to my normal routine along with sports. This review was made my Brayden B.

I went in to see Jake when dealing with a shoulder impingement. It was a great experience and I was given a lot of great tools to help in my healing process. I was also a huge fan of the dry needling.

The staff at Fort Dodge Physical Therapy are exceptional. They provide excellent service in a friendly, clean environment. I have been seeing Taylor to help me with my vertigo. He is patient and asks the right questions to be able to give me the best treatment. If I could give higher than a 5 rating I would!
