  Barbara does not wear hearing aids- her first husband of 53 years does. So I got my first pair from the Dubuque office about twelve years ago, was so impressed with the quality and service that I have recommended Concept of Iowa to several others . Rhonda goes beyond the normal to make sure when I need help or just general service/check up that it gets done and the technicians always seem very competent.
