  The at-home sleep study and molding for the mouthguard was an easy process. It may take time, a little over a month, but I believe the wait is worthwhile. My partner says that I don’t snore at all and I rarely wake up in my sleep with the oral appliance in use. It’s something to adapt to. Your bite will be a little forward first thing upon waking up but it will return to your normal bite rather quickly. There is a little guard that comes with the appliance that’ll help your bite return to normal in the morning but I haven’t needed to use it myself. Overall I’ve been sleeping much better and I’m grateful for Sleep Better Des Moines for hooking me up with one of these. I think if one can comfortably afford it, I’d suggest giving it a shot.

  After struggling with a CPAP, I went to Sleep Better to be fitted with a mouthguard and I have been so happy with the results! It works great!! The process was easy and the people at Sleep Better are wonderful!!

  Great staff and wonderful experience. The appliance was fitted perfectly and I no longer snore. This has truly been a lifesaver! Highly recommend Sleep Better Des Moines!
