  They refuse to report nonverbal signs of neglect or abuse. I have been in contact with my child's therapist, therapist boss and that bosses boss. Now it's been months since I started complaining and supervisor's are being changed but nothing else. Seriously I got an email saying that the therapist supervisor needed to brush up her knowledge? I was told by CPS I had to get witnesses to the crap ie mandatory reporter and literally they discount everything on the list of signs of abuse and neglect on the national website for preventing child abuse and neglect especially the very important nonverbal because children are to afraid to come forward. Don't expect them to actually be proactive or keep you properly informed either.
