Our Story,
Integrated Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine was the dream of current owner, Tate Van Houten, DPT, who opened his original clinic on Linden Street in October 2012. He later opened the south side location in 2014. Both locations offer full service outpatient orthopedic services. The Thornton location therapists also work a lot with post stem cell and platelet injection patients with heavy emphasis on proper postural restoration exercises following procedures to maintain proper joint mechanics.
