I have been a loyal patient for over 20 years, first at your Ankeny location, and then at your Ames location after I moved. Upon learning of the permanent closure of the Ames office, I contacted your Des Moines location to obtain my prescription for a time-sensitive matter. I was informed that my file could not be located in your new system and that I was not in the system at all. The staff person offered no alternative options, callously stating, "Yeah, I'm sorry 'bout that." To be treated with such disregard after two decades as a patient is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.
