- SMsuzanne may6 days ago5.0Went in to get 2 pair of glasses, one pair for everyday and one pair of sunglasses. When I asked how much sunglasses would be she quoted me $139. I had insurance for the other pair. When I picked up my glasses it was dark out. I realized that they didn’t have no glare on them. I had to put on my old glasses so I could drive. I wasn’t offered the no glare nor the no scratch lenses, it wasn’t even brought up. The quote of $139 for the sunglasses turned into $274. The only thing that changed was I went with a better frame that was $40 more. Nothing was added to the lenses. She quoted me $139, I added $40 for the lenses so that should’ve been $179.00. After a 40% discount and a $32.94 educator discount I ended up paying $131.93. Something isn’t right here. Went in and talked to manager and she’s putting on the no glare for free for me. I forgot my pamphlet with the receipt in it so I didn’t get a chance to talk to her about that. I’m disabled so going out isn’t easy for me. The manager was very kind and listened to my concerns. She was easy to talk to and went above and beyond for me. I went in upset and left with a smile!
