  After seeing a story about the Iowa clinic obgyn on the news this morning I feel I need to make my own public statement about them. We went to them when I found out I was pregnant with with my second child. After the experiences we had with our oldest we knew that we did not want to go back to the Mercy practice we had been with for that pregnancy. The Iowa clinic doctors cared for me and my baby throughout my second pregnancy and now are caring for me and baby #3. I won't speak much to the story I saw as it was brief and based on what they said I feel probably a bit one-sided, especially given HIPAA laws in the doctors really wouldn't be able to speak much about it. But I do feel there is much more to the story than was shown on the news. With all that said I've never felt pressured by any of the Iowa clinic doctors that I've seen. I've never felt like the care I've gotten was anything but the highest of quality. They are caring and attentive. They are careful and thorough. Some have better bedside manner than others but I feel every doctor I've worked with is professional and knowledgeable. Just last night I went to bed telling my husband how well cared for I feel with them. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I meet and will continue using them long after I'm done having babies.

  Terrible, lets let someone completely prepped and ready for a surgery that they are in desperate need of all to be told "sorry" you asked a question and now it is documented and now we no longer will allow you to have the surgery unless you see another physician that is off work till way after you have planned your time off work. Point of the story DON"T ASK A QUESTION THROUGH EMAIL.

  Dr. Tran wrote the book on bedside manner. She thoroughly explains without being teachy or preachy. She's the only provider I want moving forward. The nursing staff is friendly as well.
