  Had been in a car accident. No broken bones. Made it in at 6pm and walked out of the waiting room at 7am after never being seen other than a few X-rays. The nurse "Nancy" in the er gave me additude when I pointed out that I had been there for 13 hrs and wanted the tube in my arm removed made me feel oh so special. Hope she gets to find out what it is like on e the other side of the the counter.

  On Tuesday, January 23rd 2024, I took my mom to her Dr because she wasn’t feeling good. She had an appointment the next day but was able to get in the same day she called on 01/23. Her PA diagnosed her with AFIB, and told her to go to the ER to get testing, and they would get her right in with her condition. That was not true at all! We went there and waited there to be seen by a Dr for 12 1/2 hours. Horrible treatment, being treated like cattle! It was very busy then and we weren’t taken seriously. I went up to the desk after several hours, to ask when we were gonna be seeing the doctor. They said they were short of Doctors and very busy and take the more serious ones first. I understand some people should go first but heart issues should be a priority! There were mental patients in there, people moaning and yelling out loud. It was cold in there. This is totally unexceptional treatment to any human being. Careless! I don’t live here, thank god, but to make so many people in pain n suffering wait so long is wrong! Someone could have easily died while waiting to be treated! So much for acceptable healthcare and having no choice but to suffer for hours and then have to pay for this unprofessional bad bad experience! They need to close, if they can’t serve sick people in an emergency room within a reasonable amount of time! I’d give a no star review, if I could!
