  We were at the John Stodder clinic this morning and while I was waiting for my wife in the parking lot my car battery died and I couldn’t get the car started. Called my ROADSIDE Assistance provider and couldn’t get a human and their automated system wouldn’t work. So my wife stoped at the customer information center and they promptly sent Floyd from the Public Safety Department over to help us. He was very polite and friendly. Got us going in no time! Thank you Floyd!!

  I too received a terrible visit. The staff at the front desk was wonderful but when I was called to the back to be seen, that's when it all went downhill. The doctor and the nurse both lacked sympathy and empathy. No time for questions or concerns. The doctor was rude and short with me and I would never recommend him to anyone!

Thank you for making me feel so much better. You are truly a remarkable doctor and professional that we respect and trust. I cannot thank you enough for providing me with the best nursing care that I could ever imagine. You are a super nurse!!

  Medical imaging was an hour wait and no one in the waiting room. Anyone that came in after me was called in. Still waiting
