The two spent a lot of time explaining the working of sound, the ear and we're honest about his needs. He left knowing he didn't yet need hearing aids but had deficiencies in crowds. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and I recommend this to many people, especially over the age of 50. 50 if you have your TV up a little too high or can't hear what people are saying, I recommend you get a test.

Tannen was very thorough, educated, professional, kind and compassionate. He explained everything in detail from ear anatomy, how we hear and the connection to the brain and related dementia with hearing loss. He discussed the significance of the tests, the different hearing aids, adjustments and the financial plans available. He made us feel comfortable and not overwhelmed with the cost. We highly recommend him!! You won't be disappointed!!

We both were ready for a hard salesman pushing us to buy some sort of a hearing device. To our delight Tannen was wonderful!!!! Checked our ears and was very truthful about our slight hearing loss. Tannen wasn't pushy at all and was very knowledgeable. When the time comes for us to purchase hearing aids we will return!!! The office staff was also super helpful and they gave us a gift card with simple explanation on how to use it!
