I bought a pair of Oakley’s from Costco a little over a year ago and they got stepped on just before Christmas. Adam fixed them up free of charge and saved the day. Thank you

I came in with a pair of eyeglasses with one of the temples disconnected and Dawson assisted then Isaac attached it back onto the eyeglasses. They were both helpful and courteous and I very much appreciated it!

My sales consultant, Amber, made my experience of shopping for new glasses very easy and pleasant. She was there with answers and direction when needed but provided time to shop on my own as I made choices. The insurance and fitting was very simple and was completed in a timely manner.

Me and my husband love going here! Everyone is very nice and the doctor was very upfront and helpful in explaining my contact lens options. Had a horrible experience at a private practice in town in recent years where they sold me cheap frames when I later learned that insurance would’ve covered nicer ones, and they upsold me on way expensive lenses which insurance didn’t cover which within 2 years no longer work with my new RX. They were rude when I asked for my prescription and charged me a separate price for measuring my PD. Won’t ever be going back there. Go here instead!

Adam and Kaden both helped me by fixing 2 sets of glasses (pro tip, don’t sit on your glasses) during the week of Christmas. So incredibly patient, calm, friendly, and supportive!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
