- AAAlly A6 days ago1.0I unfortunately did not have a positive experience, specifically with James. His demeanor came across as consistently rude and condescending. Not only toward me, but also toward other clients and staff during my visit. While the rest of the office was pleasant and professional, this interaction significantly impacted my overall impression.
- TZTeddy Ziah6 days ago1.0I recently completed a pre-employment physical at Kinetic Edge and had a mixed experience. I want to first recognize Ty and Abbey, who were very kind, professional, and helpful when I returned. They handled everything appropriately and made the process much more comfortable. However, my experience during an earlier part of the visit was disappointing due to unclear communication and inconsistent guidance regarding whether I could leave and return to complete the screening. I had received approval from both the clinic and my potential employer to leave for a prior medical appointment and i could return on a later day, but it appears that this information was not properly communicated. As a result, my screening was submitted as incomplete without my knowledge, which ultimately impacted my employment opportunity. I understand that processes must be followed, but clearer communication and coordination between staff would help prevent situations like this especially when outcomes can significantly affect someone’s employment.
