Dr Koenen is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. The ladies out front are just as impressive - friendly, efficient, and welcoming from the moment I walk in. Each visit is smooth and professional, and I truly feel like they care about my eye health. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

I told the lady I’d like to wait since my work hours have been cut at work and that I’d order them once I had enough money. So I called and left a message recently and told them to call me back and that I would like to order my glasses. Not a single damn phone call back from this place. Very rude! I’ll be going elsewhere! You guys are a disgrace. I work hard for my insurance and my job what do you guys do?

I have been to many optometrists in the past and he is by the far the most thorough. They have fit me in the same day before and always work with me to find a good solution for my financial situation.
