- MMMikeMar 29, 20261.0I went to Rock Valley Physical Therapy at the 5 points location for a leg problem. I was on two crutches the entire time. I attended over 40 visits and performed all the exercises and stretches as per the therapist’s recommendations at home. In some cases, it made the condition worse. However, the same treatment/exercises/stretches continued. After a few months, I asked my physical therapist if he would reach out to his colleagues and ask them if there were any other treatments or techniques that could be used to help better my condition. Meanwhile, while being a patient at Rock Valley Physical Therapy, not one of the management team ever asked me if I was getting better, if something else was needed etc. The only thing that Rock Valley Physical Therapy was interested in was if I was still coming for appointments and that my bill was paid in full. There was no concern for my personal health or wellbeing. A few weeks after asking my physical therapist if he would reach out to his colleagues for help, I asked him if he had done so. His response to me was “I could, but I haven’t”. “You know, you can seek physical therapy anywhere else that you want to.” After that arrogant comment and realizing his complete level of incompetence, I did just that. I went to a different physical therapy provider (NOT Rock Valley). They treated my condition completely different than what Rock Valley did (for months) and in only 5 visits I went from walking on two crutches to just a cane. I would not, in good conscience, recommend ANY Rock Valley Physical Therapy establishment to my family, friends, colleagues or to anyone reading this review.

Meghan in particular is amazing! She recognized things that ORA ignored and said she wanted to try other therapy that she felt was more suitable for my injury... and it has increased my mobility and lessened my pain. She EXPLAINS why and how things work, and takes the time to actually LISTEN to you so she can best help you. THANKS SO MUCH to all of you there at Rock Valley! And a special TY to Meghan for helping me finally be able to move my arm again😜🥳
