  Very friendly staff thats very knowledgeable. They are not pushy at all to try to sell you something. When you first walk in they ask if there is certain thing you are shopping for. I told the person on my first visit I was just looking. The gentleman let me look then I asked him a few questions and he lead me to a product and then showed some protein powder that was on clearance that would help me as well. My 2nd visit I was helped my a very nice girl I think her name was Rosie or Roxy. I walked in and she asked me what I was looking for I told I was looking. After about 10 mins. I finally asked her some questions since I started working out 3 weeks before Christmas. Told what I was doing and why I was there. She was so knowledgeable and gave me great advice on what I should use for protein powder and a few other things since I told her my plan. I couldn't of been more happy with my experience there on the 2nd visit. That lady made me feel good about what I was doing and she helped find the things I needed to help my journey in the gym. I highly recommend this place especially if you need to get things to help for working out, weight lifting or anything gym related.
