The glasses and lenses were immediately brought back to the lab to be made. We got the text that both pair were ready within 30 minutes. We only had a short wait to pick them up. We were out with two new pairs of glasses within 3 hours.

I got in right at my scheduled time and was out about 25 minutes later. The eye doctor was fantastic and very thorough. The glasses portion took longer than I expected. When I walked in, they took my name and put me on a list. I picked out my glasses in about 10 minutes, but then waited around 45 minutes before someone was available to help me order them. The ordering process itself was very simple, easy, and reasonably priced. It took about 15–20 minutes to complete. One pair of glasses was finished in about 10 minutes, and the second pair about 47 minutes later. After they were done, I put my name on the pickup list and waited another 40 minutes for someone to call me up to receive them. They were clearly very busy, which I understand, but I didn’t expect the amount of waiting. I guess I assumed that if you had your eye exam there, you would be helped with glasses right away, but that wasn’t the case. It might help if they had someone dedicated to adjustments and pickups so customers don’t have to wait so long once their glasses are ready. From the time I walked in for my $80 exam and ordered two pairs of glasses for $301, to the time I left with them, it was about 3 hours and 15 minutes total. I was a little disappointed by the waiting, but overall the service was good and the staff were helpful. The long wait time is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.
- THtammy hoschFeb 24, 20261.0They have a sign in their window that says free second pair with insurance and they never mentioned it to me though when I got my glasses so I called after I got my glasses from there and the guy said it depends on your insurance he looked up my insurance and told me yeah I could get another free pair so I went in and they had me look at lenses for like a half hour and finally they had time for me and told me first they told me I had to get that free pair the day I got my glasses they insisted but then they changed it too because my insurance was through Medicare I couldn't have them but the sign in the window doesn't say that so I think they're bogus they wasting my time I don't live right next to him I live about 30 miles from them so it wasn't real convenient for me to come in just for nothing
