Front desk person seemed bothered we came up to scan our code and check in. Later noticed several people walking in without checking in since the clerk was either not paying attention and greeting them or was just not there at all. On top of that, they couldn’t charge my card on file for the water as well. Bathrooms were beyond disgusting with no working toilets or sinks. Equipment was so outdated. Went to use the recumbent bikes and NONE were even plugged in to use. Went to the treadmills and they wouldn’t even connect to our Apple Watches. I’ll stick to my hometown one from now on.

I went to this gym from January to March, then when I went into cancel my membership in early April the workers didn't know how to cancel and it wouldn't let me on the app... Okay, no help there. I came back a few days later and one of the kids told me I was good and that it was cancelled... It was not. I continued being charged for months attempting to cancel. When I tried putting a stop payment on it they sent the collection agency after me(I finally got someone who told me it has to be cancelled on the website, not on the app or inside(Though I was already told it was cancelled) This is a blatant scam to screw people over. Please go anywhere else
