Very informative of my insurances guidelines. Especially pleased with the measurement process using their proprietary software. Will look forward to seeing how my glasses work out in about 2 weeks!

It was not offered at this appointment. Provider did not try to build any rapport. Very dismissive of my concerns regarding changing to contacts. Very pushy selling contacts and making an extra $60 for the visit. Jake and the other technician were very friendly and helpful which is why it got a 3 and not a one.
