  Making the appointment was awkward. Had to text instead of call. Ted the audiologist was in the office with no receptionist, but he handled it professionally. Ted was polite and provided all the information my Dad needed to make a decision. Ted was able to give my Dad confidence he could get Dad improved hearing. We look forward to getting Dad the final fitting and adjusted. Ted even offered to meet us on an alternate day at his office. Very accommodating and professional.

  The doctor was very kind and explained about everything and about my insurance, plus as he was giving me he was putting on the things in my ears he was gentle about it and very kind and afterwards he explained the paperwork to me of how my hearing is I would suggest to anybody to come in and be treated like a king or queen because that's how I felt like a queen

  Sent in my hearing aid to be fix and it was ready for me about a week later. Made me happy. The wonderful audiologist there paid for my hearing aid and a pack of batteries. I don't know if he knew I didn't have very much money, but I'm so grateful for it. 😊 🙏
