  Revisen muy bien si cubre el seguro por qué al final lo salimos pagando nosotros las chicas de atención primaria todo bien pero la doctora no hizo por qué quedará bien mi graduación he tenido mejores lentes de contacto en México la verdad pésimo servicio no volveré

  I got there ahead of my appointment time; my wait was very short for them to get to me. The service I received was excellent: everyone was friendly & very professional. I do not know how my visit could have been improved.

  My appointment with Copeland Eyecare in Coralville, IA was great!The doctor is knowledgeable and very friendly. She answered my questions with ease. I will always go here when I am due for my next eye exams and glasses.

  Customer service representative, who I thought was kind was good with selecting frames and fitting. However, I was quite disappointed that my glasses were ready for pickup about a month before I was aware I could puck them up.. I was only aware glasses were ready after I called to asked if my order was ready. When I was asked about that part of the service, I was told that I was sent a text and they were to busy to follow-up. First, I didn't recall receiving the notification and if they are to busy for follow-up then possibly it will help other customers if the they had ONE LESS CUSTOMER, me.
