- MAMitchel AshNov 6, 20252.0Great customer service but unfair upgrade price, When I got my first pair of glasses the lenses were too thick the frames could not be adjusted, so I was talking about getting the thinner lenses and was told that there would be no extra charge, but those lenses were not available with transitions. so I Decided to pick a different frame and restyled, wen I got the other pair came in I was still not happy one of the other ladys told me to give them a couple of days, went I back wanting to get the thinner ones and they said it was $200 to upgrade. I even gave Them a second chance, wen I had vision insurances.

Devonna then assisted me and was polite, professional, and answered all my questions. Clearly, Devonna knows how to do her job, maybe Logan should consider finding a role she actually wants to do. If you don't like kids, don't work in daycares, if you hate dogs, don't work in animal shelters. If people annoyed you, work in jobs where you have little interactions with people.

I was giving a pair of contacts now even my prescription because I was told I couldn't have my prescription and make my eye hurt and goop up. I was supposed to have my prescription a week later. It's been a week later, and I never heard from them. So I reached out and told them I would like the prescription that I paid for and they said that they would talk to the doctor and see about getting that to me. Now I paid for this prescription. Why wasn't it given to me? I don't want to buy contacts through their corporation or associate with their false advertising. I've had an extremely bad experience in the contacts they did send me with make me Vertigo, and I wake up with matted eyes.I live over an hour away.I should have been sent with my prescriptions of which I paid for. I. Do not recommend. They also faults advertised with the 24 forty in same day eyeglasses. You have to pay for the frames and the eye glass separately.And they definitely are not the cheapest around.
