- LELarry EarleNov 8, 20251.0Sorry to say service was sub par we were given a chair and we had to get the railing so they put it in then replaced battery in existing chair lift and did full inspection and charged us $150+ besides the cost of installing the lift and not in right place where we wanted it to go told us it would be better where he wanted it to go and now it's in the middle of the stairs because there is a handrail behind the lift so disappointed with this install and to put it where we wanted in the first place to move it across to other side of steps the want 500+ to put it on the other side of the steps

Great products/prices with amazing expertise, service and truly caring for the customer. It's a tricky set of stairs and Robby knew exactly how to handle. Install was seamless, works exactly as we hoped and service top-notch when there was a small glitch. My folks have peace-of-mind being in good hands and so do I especially since I'm several hours away from them. Thank you Robby/Kevin for making a difference!!
