    My Dad and I were very pleased with the service we had today at his appt. Jordan was very helpful in cleaning up my Dad's hearing aids and adjusting them so my dad could finally hear again. Thank you Jordan.

    My father in law uses this office. He came in recently and was a little off of the way he normally is. Jordan was the person dealing with him. Jordan was concerned and called my wife, the patients adult daughter that lives out of state with his concern. To me, this NEEDS to be called out. This was above what most would do. He genuinely cares for his people that come in. I stand beside Jordan as a veteran and hope his company will see him for what he is and does. we appreciate you. it wasn't HIPPA violation or anything as my wife is his eldest daughter and looks out for her father. But most wouldn't take the time to care or call. PROMOTE this man. He is a true asset. 👊

    Iam a new customer here for about 6 months. Had trouble putting the hearing aids in at first but Jordan spent over an hour with me on one of my appointments until I finally had it down. He was very patient and professional as always.
