Caryn and the crew are always good at acknowledging you when you come in, being patient, and explaining the process. There’s no high pressure or hidden fees at all. And now that they are a VSP shop the benefits of using them are even better! I had a pair picked out but thought it was too much, then Caryn took the time to explain the benefits and that VSP will cover a higher amount if I chose one of their pairs of glasses that VSP partnered with. So you would think it’s an off brand? NOPE, that was a pair of designer Lacoste shades, covered by insurance and they’re slick. I always felt like I got hustled at an eye doctor and settled on a pair of glasses I “kind of” liked. Not here! Also 2 pairs of glasses done 11 mins from when I paid for them. How can you do better than that? Go to Dr Peterson who has zero skin in the game when it comes to your eyewear other than your best interest, then stop by and see Caryn and the crew. You will thank yourself!

They changed the scratched lenses out for me as they got my boys info and prescription to make his! They were done before we left the store!
- MGMichelle GoodallOct 28, 20251.0Can't recommend this store after my most recent experience. Went to purchase a new pair of glasses a few weeks ago. Lens perscription was crafted incorrectly (after a chase back to my eye doctor to ensure). They corrected the lenses, but in the second pick up, the frames were received bent out of shape. As the technician was working to correct, lenses kept falling out and he couldn't get them in shape. He couldn't personally issue a refund so, after yet another trip back to the store today, finally got a refund. Just lost confidence in the craftsmanship. I plan to go back to my slightly more expensive eye doctor to purchase my glasses.
