They began by accepting my vision insurance card. I was taken back to room for the initial test with the puff of air. After that, the young lady led me to another machine. I stated that my insurance doesn't cover anything but the base examination. She said that it wouldn't be covered, so i denied the retinal test. She led me back to the reception area, and two minutes later said that i probably wouldn't be getting the eye exam because my insurance was not covered. I showed that on the LensCrafters website indeed accepted it. She said that the office is not LensCrafters, that they are a separate business that does not accept my insurance. Never going back, and had been going for years
