  My child's therapist has sent multiple referrals for my child to be tested here. When I called once to see if they received the first referral, they claimed they did not (even though I was copied on the referral and knew it had been sent). So the therapist sent another referral (months ago) and we still have not heard a thing. Then there have been follow-up prompts with no replies. Years ago, my kids came here for therapy and I remember even then being annoyed with the staff. I'd stand at the desk waiting to check in or schedule the next appointment, but the 5 employees behind the desk felt it was more important to socialize with each other. I never felt so unwelcome in a therapy environment. I guess things haven't changed much since then. If there were more options for testing available in the area I would not even consider coming back here. I continue to look for other options.

  Had testing done here and after many tests we met in person on June 28th to go over results. Was told that I’d get an email in a few weeks with my written results and did not get any email. I reached out to Sue to ask for my results and was told she was getting students results to them as school had just started and I’d get mine in a few weeks. I emailed again with no response. I then decided to call the front desk and was told they don’t give results if you haven’t paid. So I paid what I owed on the phone that day and guess what!? Still no results or returned emails. This is unacceptable!

  Tried to call about an appointment for one of my children. The receptionist Andy was completely unprofessional and when i asked to speak to someone else he ended up hanging up on me mid sentence. When I tried to call back he picked up and immediately put me on hold without saying anything and left me on hold for more than 10 minutes. I tried calling again later and he did the same thing.

  Only b/c A BIG, FAT ZERO is not an option!!! I never received the paperwork. I received a phone call, saying that they needed to receive it from me, and that they wd give me a cpl more days, before filling the spot with someone else. I called back 94 min later, and they had already given it away, and that we would have to wait 10 and a half more weeks for the next appointment. COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL, as this was help that I was seeking, not only for mental health, but for a child/teen in need. NOT RECOMMENDED for any family or crisis situation, which we have encountered, since originally speaking to, and counting on, THIESE WORTHLESS PEOPLE to help us!!!
