  We recently worked with Home Instead to provide care for our father following his cancer diagnosis, and we are beyond grateful for the exceptional support we received. With caregivers in our home 16 hours a day, their team helped with meals, hydration, bathroom assistance, showers, and household tasks. But what meant the most was the compassion, dignity, and love they showed our dad every single day. Florence and Angie were there through the nights, making sure Dad could safely get to the bathroom and back to his chair to rest. Alexa and Kim took care of the day shifts—preparing meals, tidying the house, and ensuring he had everything he needed to be as comfortable as possible. Behind the scenes, Mary Kate, Kayla, and the scheduling team worked tirelessly to make sure each shift was covered so we could focus on spending meaningful, quality time with our dad during his final months. We cannot thank Home Instead enough for the care and support they gave during such a difficult time. Their team truly became part of our family.

  The staff at Home Instead are fantastic! The care they provide to our mother and the relationship they have with her is like being part of our family. We are very grateful for the caregivers on staff.

  My experience of approximately five years has been excelent in every way. Representatives of Home Instead came into my home at first to care for my wife, whose health gradually worsened. Not every representative was fully capable of dealing with her problems but most were. After her death I retained one caregiver and she was truly excellent: so good that she was promoted to a higher position in the company. Fortunately, the lady who replaced her was also very, very capable.

  We were so happy to find Home Instead for my father-in-law since everyone in his family lives out of state. They took care of everything and my father-in- law considered everyone he interacted with on a regular basis a friend. Since he lived alone, it was so nice for him to still feel like he was socializing with friends.
