The instructors are talented, patient, kind & fun. The community of women is a wide-range of ages & backgrounds with the common thread kindness & encouragement. I have felt welcome from Day 1 & continue to feel that way 3 years later. I didn’t realize when I started that not only would I love the classes, I would also meet so many wonderful women in one place.

They are a bit pricey BUT it’s well worth the price because they make sure you are doing everything correct as far as form. I’ve taken classes before and needed either physical therapy or chiro afterwards. These classes will get you in shape without injury! I’ve lost 10 pounds in 40 days and feel great and my clothes are fitting much better! Katie - the owner is FABULOUS! Instructors are amazing and extremely helpful. Anyway, take the plunge, and join! You won’t regret it!
