  All of the staff I interacted with was very pleasant. Denise was very informative about addressing questions I had over the phone, Jay was there to do intake and provided additional information all while being friendly and professional. Dr. Elsayed did a phenomenal job with my root canal alongside his assistant who also did a good job after expressing my nervousness. Overall my first experience with them was comforting and would recommend this office to anyone in the future!

  Very friendly staff. Got a root canal done, and they made sure I didn’t feel any pain. Didn’t have any issues afterwards either. 👍

  Spoke with Jay on both the phone (August 26) and in person on the morning of my appointment with my concern that without a preauthorization insurance would deny or I would have a large balance due. He said this is a standard cover and there is no reason to be concerned. He charged half at the procedure and told me approximately $100 would be refunded once insurance paid. A few months later they sent a bill for the full amount as United Healthcare is out of network. I called again November 17 and Jay immediately said I was lying and he would never say that. He told me calls are recorded and he would listen to them and get back to me. No further contact was provided so it appeared he did listen and find he was wrong. Then today I got a call that the unpaid balance would be submitted to collections. Avoid working with Jay if possible and ensure anything he says is in writing. Good dentist but bad office staff.

  Came here last year to have a tooth evaluated. The staff was very unprofessional asking me how I was going to pay for the root canals in front of other patients, and was very rude about it. Then I go back and she tells me my tooth could not be saved as well as telling me the one next to it needed to be pulled. She was wrong altogether! I left this place crying! I was so embarrassed. So I went to a more professional experienced office had the root canal done and nothing to the tooth next to it and a year and a half later I still have both teeth. One place I would not recommend going if you want to keep your teeth and your dignity! I would hope for future patients the staff has been trained on how to treat other people with respect privacy and kindness. As well as never give up if there is a chance a tooth can be saved even if there's no guarantee on how long it can be saved!
