Our Story,
Integrated Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine was the dream of current owner, Tate Van Houten, DPT, who opened his original clinic on Linden Street in October 2012. He later opened the south side location in 2014. Now bringing a clinic to Ankeny was the in the future plans to provide the area with a therapy group who are dedicated to improving the health of this community. Soon to open Dec, 2023, all of our locations offer full service outpatient orthopedic treatments.
