The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions, but its definitely one of those place that upsell ya the 2nd you walk in. The Dr was very thorough and professional as well...and they nailed my prescription. The other claim "glasses the same day" is very misleading also..unless you order the one pair they can actually do in house...otherwise plan on waiting a cpla weeks. Luckily I just used my HSA account to cover my outta pocket and the balance was picked up by insurance...lol

I wish I knew the name of the woman who helped me. She was very deliberate about everything she did to get my bifocals and progressive lenses correct. I had a couple issues and went back to the store, where Craig helped me. He was kind and checked everything out for me, and replaced the frames that I apparently picked broken from the display. Oops. A very good experience all around! I highly recommend them.
