My prescription changed recently and so I took the pair of glasses that I got a year ago as they were still it great condition. I needed to get new lenses. The guy that waited on me was rude from the time he made eye contact! He grabbed my glasses and said well i’ll have to see if they will even work with this frame! So he comes back and says well we can do it but we cannot guarantee that the lenses will work with this frame. He gave no solutions. I asked ok so is there a frame you’d recommend? He was like nah it doesn’t matter. It was like he didn’t care or didn’t want to be there. I then proceeded to just go with my frames from a year ago. He then was going to make me sign a waiver that said the glasses could break while they were fitting the lenses and that if that happens they’d not be responsible for that. I told him I got those frames there a year ago and they should have a warranty. He shrugged and said they were expired. I stopped him and decided to take my business elsewhere! I won’t be back there again!
