  Stopped at Hy Vee to check my blood pressure, as wasn't feeling well. 168 over 82. Went to Iowa Clinic Urgent Care. Told the receptionist my symptoms, breathing hard high blood pressure. She instructed me it would be a 2 and a half hour wait to get checked out. This was Saturday December 27. Told her I would have to leave, couldn't wait that long. She said are you sure, I told her I was having troubles and left to get to Unity Point Urgent Care on Ankeny north side took me right away to check my pressure after hearing my symptoms.

  I came to the clinic an hour and 10 minutes before closing. I was turned away because they weren't taking any more patients. This would be a good thing to know before driving 20 min. Not great customer service! Maybe when hours are posted, those are the hours people can get help! Really disappointed!

  Called in made appointment over the phone. Was told my appointment was at 8:30 and to show up 15 mins early. I show up and they have no record of my appointment. Not only do they not have my appointment, the lady at the front desk gets snarky with me (when they messed up) tells me to go to their urgent care side, because I told her I’d been dealing with my symptoms for 3 weeks.( I’d been there 2 times already and they didn’t do anything the first time other than say go home and take Benadryl, the second time the doctor was a little better) Don’t waste your time, they just want your money
