I've doctored here for 2 pregnancies now. Staff is great. I haven't had a negative interaction from the front desk, to lab, to imaging, billing, etc. If you have mercy employee insurance, the billing is a bit muddy so be sure to speak with the insurance company before you go so you know what tier services are, as it varies from the clinics to lab services.
The further put you can schedule for OB the better- especially for the Ankeny location.
At The Iowa Clinic they care more about forcing you into scheduling an appointment for bloodwork. Doctors will actively avoid helping patients unless they can get their billed hours with insurance. It’s actually pathetic.
I would give them a zero if it were possible. This network is the worst I have ever seen. The staff is rude, the doctors are awful, and the administration could careless. If you want real healthcare, go elsewhere. If you go here, it myake thing worse or even cost you your life.

Absolutely ridiculous, if I'm on time and I don't get seen for twenty minutes no big deal. If I get stuck in traffic because of an accident and am 12 minutes late instead of ten I have to completely reschedule an appointment for my daughter that I've had scheduled for a month. Basically, screw you and your time and whatever is wrong with your daughter, we can't be bothered because you're a minute or two to late. I even called ahead and let them know.
